GoDaddy has updated the php version they provide, so I was able to upgrade from the 2.0 branch of Wordpress to the latest and greatest 2.2.1 branch. Hopefully this will resolve all the comment spam (even though, if you have noticed, comments are closed).

I do not have a chance to post much anymore, but just for kicks, here are all the Wikipedia entries that I currently have open:

My attempt to upgrade to the latest Wordpress failed spectacularly. Luckily, I backed everything up.

Also, I’ve come to realize that using up 2GB of memory is actually still somewhat challenging. I’m just approaching the 1GB mark right now, and to do it I’ve had to avoid closing any application over the last four days. Just keep that in mind if you’re upgrading your ram. I find that I use between 512mb and 1GB regularly, but rarely use over 1GB.
