		<description>I don&#039;t think Twitter is a fundamental part of anything going on inside Iran, but using the service in any capacity seems to indicate, if not a pro-western stance, than at least an open stance.

I&#039;m not saying that the use of &lt;em&gt;any&lt;/em&gt; technology is such an indicator, but I suspect that use of western web 2.0 websites requires a certain amount of openness on the part of some Iranians that differs from my naive view of Iranian attitudes towards the west.</description>
